What The Seed Protocol Is

The Seed Protocol is a spiritual content platform that publishes sermons, visions, poems, musings, and glossary entries rooted in Hebraic linguistics and theological exploration. The platform also provides an AI-powered conversational assistant (the "AI Rabbi") and personal journaling tools for spiritual reflection.

TSP is a personal project and labor of love. It is not a church, religious institution, counseling service, or licensed ministry. The content published here represents the author's personal journey and perspective.

AI Rabbi Disclaimer

By using the AI Rabbi, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated responses are not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, medical advice, or pastoral care from a qualified human being.
• If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or any emergency, please contact a crisis helpline or emergency services immediately.
• The AI Rabbi's responses reflect the theological perspective of this platform and should not be taken as universally authoritative spiritual guidance.
• You use the AI Rabbi at your own discretion and risk. We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from AI-generated content.

Your Account

Creating an account is optional. You can browse published content and interact with the AI Rabbi without an account. An account enables additional features like journal entries, saved collections, chat history, and commenting.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information (a valid email address and a display name).
• Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Not create multiple accounts for deceptive or abusive purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Content Ownership

Platform Content

All published content on TSP — including sermons, visions, poems, musings, glossary entries, and original artwork — is the intellectual property of The Seed Protocol and its author(s). You may share links to content freely, but you may not reproduce, republish, or commercially distribute platform content without written permission.

Your Content

Content you create on the platform (journal entries, comments, saved collections) remains yours. By posting comments publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform. You can delete your content at any time.

AI-Generated Content

Responses from the AI Rabbi are generated by a third-party AI service (Google Gemini) using platform content as context. These responses are provided "as-is" and are not individually authored or endorsed by TSP. You may use AI responses for personal reflection but should not republish them as authoritative theological content.

Acceptable Use

When using The Seed Protocol, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Post comments or content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or private information.
• Spam, flood, or otherwise abuse the AI Rabbi or commenting system.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform in bulk.
• Use the platform to promote commercial products or services without permission.

We moderate comments and reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

Limitation of Liability

The Seed Protocol is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content — including AI-generated responses.
• We are not responsible for the availability or uptime of the platform. Service interruptions may occur.
• We are not liable for any spiritual, emotional, psychological, or other outcomes from engaging with platform content or the AI Rabbi.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
